Mostly unprofessional staff and organization and property is running down

Kitchenettes are nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable And some staff were very helpful. Pool and Gym were well kept and offered good hours. There was one housekeeping manager that was helpful.

Some of the front desk staff were rude and not very helpful. The front desk told us they make up rooms every other day, and when we call on our third day to see what time the room would be made up they said we needed to set an appointment if we wanted to have make up service. After addressing this, another front desk person told us our room would be made up, yet that never happened. We had to empty our garbage and restock the supplies every day. We were also told by the front desk to bring our trash to the front desk and handed trash bags.
