    Nice place for family to stay. Just need better front desk staff and communication

    Room space

    The property double charged me for my stay leaving me without funds for the weekend. I was told I would have to wait for the bank to post the pending charges. Unfortunately it’s a holiday weekend and I checked out Saturday. I was charged 689 2x. I also had updated my reservation but property said they had no note that they were contacted by booking.com. The room doors do not close all of the way, have to be sure to pull them all the way closed. Property doesn’t tell u that u need to put the key card in a slot for the power to work. I had to get help the next morning with this. Multiple strange people walking in the hallways. The front desk person said one guy was even making her uncomfortable.
