  Great hotel with amenities, clean and helpful staff.

  The hotel was great. Clean rooms, lobby was nice. Breakfast was good just suggest having soy or almond milk options for cereal And a fruit tray. I am vegan and had limited options. Kim at front desk was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

  Disgusting!!

  The Homewood Suites Columbus Georgia was the WORST hotel I have ever stepped into. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels, across brands, for many years. I have been a Hilton Honors member for at least 25 years. On July 15, I attempted to stay at the Homewood Suites in Columbus Georgia. This was, by far, the most DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING hotel I have ever visited! The amount of dirt and grime that covered the furniture, was severe. I could not bring myself to touch any of the furniture, I was afraid I would catch a disease due to the amount of obvious dirt covering everything. Not just worn and old, actual dirt. The chair in the room was mostly black. I couldn't tell what color the chair was supposed to be. However, that wasn't the worst of it. I looked into the bathroom. I couldn't believe I was in a HILTON Brand hotel. There was actual FECES stains smeared across the wall. I know it was FECES stains, and not stains from something else, because there was actual FECES on the floor at the bottom of the stain. The manager at the front desk offered to spray sanitizer in the bathroom for me. Seriously!?! He was not surprised about the rooms condition nor when I asked for my money back. I then stayed at the Marriott in downtown Columbus. This Homewood hotel room was VILE! This was not only an issue with an unrenovated room. This was VILE! Hilton hotels corporate needs to immediately assess and dis-associate this property of any Hilton name.

  Great newly renovated hotel with exceptional staff

  We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites in Columbus. The staff was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their exceptional customer service made all the difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  June 2026 one night

  We had 2 rooms. One was completely outdated and shabby. Wallpaper was peeling and the shower was moldy. The other room was updated. Biggest complaint was there were no vending machines to buy a bottle of water or soda. Had to go down the street to a gas station to buy water.

  Don’t stay here

  Horrible. No warning that they are under major renovation. Our room was filthy with mold on the shower. Hole on the bathroom door. Fridge made loud noises all night long. Construction sounds all day long. As a Hilton Diamond member we asked for an upgrade. They lied as said there weren’t any and were rude about. But clearly found a one bedroom suite available on their website that I could have booked. Breakfast was awful. We were moving our military son so having the extra door separating the living room to the bedroom would have been helpful.
