    The air conditioning/heating is a bit loud, but that's always the case in all hotels. The night light by the bathroom sink if very bright and could not be turned off. We ended up blocking it with a towell.

    Room was nice, no housekeeping support was provided at all.

    Convenient location, some staff were very helpful, rooms were very accommodating for our big group needs.

    No room service was ever provided. The every other day refresh was not honored. However, the day they should have been in, we found someone else's sock on the floor in the entryway. It was not ours and was not there when we left. So assumption is the housekeeper entered our room, but failed to refresh anything 👎 Staff seemed "put out" when we requested towels from the front desk.
