    Unit was not clean when we entered the room. It was cleared not vacuumed properly or mopped. Housekeeping made up excuses about not having the proper cleaning supplies and when I stated the room was unacceptable they refused to do anything stating that I was being rude when I kindly stated that if they could provide me with something to clean with I would clean it myself. After contacting the front desk numerous times another housekeeper brought up cleaning supplies and I mopped and vacuumed the room myself.
