Not the best.
Location , and staff was friendly.
AC was ridiculously loud. No housekeeping during our 2 night stay. Had to go get fresh towels ourselves from the front desk. Room definitely was not cleaned very well prior to our check in which was around 7p.m

This is our third time we came,love the hotel and the room,we will be back here
Everything was good Loved the room,it has seperat bedroom,air condition,fridge,freezer, Our own little kitchen
That the swimming pool wasn't open (I didn't know that.) Missed to have a regular water boiler, because I like to drink Instant coffee

AWFUL!!! Completely unacceptable. Would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.
The only reason I wanted to stay here is so my child could sleep in the living room and my husband and I could be in the bedroom separate from her.
We stayed at this hotel a week prior while traveling, and planned on staying here again on the way back to our home. The floors were disgusting. My daughter had black all over her feed and legs from crawling around. Every time the AC would turn on it would startle you out of your sleep because it was so incredibly loud. They also over booked the hotel and moved us to their sister hotel, which was much nicer. Emely assured us we would have the same room type at the new hotel and this was FALSE! It was a single room with no living space which I assured her on the phone would NOT work for us. After arriving at the new hotel a call was made to homewood and the only response we got was “there’s nothing we can do, I can send a message to my manager. It was just luck of the draw that y’all got moved.” Completely unacceptable when I booked this hotel almost 5 weeks prior. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
