Generally it was good and quiet and location was good for us.

Having the cookstove and the actual two separate rooms was good. Very clean

One of the burners on stove did not work and was not fixed although we were told it would be. We had daily issues with keys not working properly and told the front desk staff but nothing was done. On a few days we requested room service and it was not done despite being told we would get fresh towels.

    GREAT SERVICE

I have had a great experience. The environment is so clean and well maintained. The staff are great individuals and do great to accommodate everyone. The complementary food is always great, the staff are so kind and friendly, Gloria being my favorite.
