Very nice room, questionable front desk, staff
Room overall was very nice!
I specifically asked for a nice view when I checked in and overlooked a dirty metal roof with a huge AC unit right outside my window. I called the front desk before I touched anything and asked for a different room. The lady didn’t call back for about half an hour and forgot what she was calling for so I said just forget it. Will stay there again, but hope for a better experience.

Bait and switch
Pretty clean. Quiet. Pillows were great.
Reserved a king suite and was changed without notice. No option to cancel so I could book elsewhere.
