    Horrible

How close it was to everything

I left my car with the valet service over night and it was burglarised, neither the hotel staff nor the valet service cared anything about it when I reported it and one valet manager even thought it was funny, called corporate the next day an was told there was nothing they could do, I asked to speak to this guys manager and he replied with, I’m the boss and I can’t help you, after several more calls I spoke to a different “boss” that tried to help but really didn’t do anything, would never stay at any other Hilton after this experience. I can understand a problem at one hotel and overlook it but after being treated just as badly from corporate they have lost any future buisness from me
