    Awful

    Nothing to like

    Room dirty on arrival brown liquid all down the front of closet doors, fro t of refrigerator Rusty, refrigerator door gasket torn and hanging out of refrigerator, large hole in broken tile right when you go in suite, bottom of furniture all broken , light at beside went on and off by itself and switch was broken , had to remove light bulb, toilet seat loose and grab bar loose from wall in bathroom, rod to shut curtains fell off ,breakfast area dirty with food on floor and counters, yogurt floating in bowl of water no ice was warm, oatmeal dried up and crusty. Complained about it all told was not too bad. Manager Ryan called and asked us to call him. Called the number provided got an automated voice saying no one is available to take our called and the voice mail is full. Received an email after the call because we emailed Ryan telling him we were trying to reach him. Email received from Ryan stating he would call us yesterday Oct 6th which was ne er received. Sent pictures to corporate Drastic change since we stayed there in May

    Great place to stay with kids.

    We stayed at their Boston location and it was great! The rooms are clean, include everything like an apartment and they provide a free breakfast. The egg omelets, although I'm sure they were frozen and then heated, were very good. And at the breakfast counter they had outlets so you could charge your phone. We will definitely stay at another one next time we travel.
