    Staff was helpful and very friendly

    Rooms are not kept well, several things were unclean and needed some updating. Example being rust spots and tiles chipping.

    My room was not ready until after 6:00pm. About 12 guests were waiting hours for their rooms. Very frustrating. The front desk staff always spoke to guests with respect as guests got progressively more frustrated. I did not feel this reflected on the Hilton Hotel family.

    Great place to stay! I would return to this location & recommend to others!

    The front desk staff was AMAZING! Courteous, professional & very knowledgeable about surrounding attractions. She greeted us with a smile & expedited our check in process!

    Ice machine on EVERY floor not just odd numbered floors.
