    It was bs!

    Only the location

    I told the staff about the noise from the people above us and how loud it was. We didn’t sleep good at all, they must have bed bugs or whatever they use to wash the bedding made us itch terribly. The mattress in the sofa bed was thinner than the sheet. The lobby and elevator smelled like weed!!! It was terrible!!! We traveled 9 hours and wasn’t able to get any rest when we arrived or before we got back in the road. I complained to the staff and they didn’t care at all. They shrugged their shoulders and brushed it off. I’ve tried to email and make contact with booking and the hotel and have not received a call back or response.

    Nice room. Need more water pressure in shower.
