La ubicación.
El trato del personal y la falta de comodidad. Éramos tres adultos den una habitación pequeña, que no era la que había reservado. y para cambiarla tuve que pagar una diferencia enorme. Por otra parte, me cargaron el importe a la tarjeta de crédito, cuando debí abonar al llegar al establecimiento, como había hecho la reserva lo cual me causo un perjuicio. por los gastos adicionales que tuve al pagar la tarjeta de crédito, cuando yo quería pagar con débito de la cta. en dólares.

Perfect location
We got bit by bed bugs but management denied it and claimed they had checked the room for bed bugs and there were no signs of bed bugs. We tried to get in to a dialog with the hotel manager but he emailed us a kinda standard "apology " that we couldn't use for anything! They refused any form of refund etc.
