Breakfast was nice and some friendly staff
Parking was priced wrong and was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Bed was very hard, hot tub was covered up by wood but not drained which led to the whole pool room to have a bad mosquito problem, to where we couldn’t use it.

Overall comfortable property and would stay again
Shanel - She is the absolute BEST front desk associate ever! Always smiling and friendly, unlike other staff members.
Shuttle - One day we waited over an hour for the shuttle then gave up and finally took an Uber. Depending on the driver on duty the shuttle was unreliable. Breakfast - Some mornings the eggs and meat were cold, otherwise good variety Housekeeping - I stayed at the property from Thursday to Monday and not once did housekeeping service the room. It would have been nice to at least have the trash emptied. Good thing I travel with my own washcloths.

Won’t stay there again
It was clean Employees was nice
The bath room toilet was leaking water. Every time you sit on the toilet seat the back flap fall down on your back. The tv in the main bedroom wasn’t working they fix it the next day

Hotel muy bueno
La habitación estaba limpia, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Nos recibieron súper bien y nos registraron rápido las muchachas todas fueron muy amables. El desayuno estaba bueno y bastante variado
Lo único era la televisión de la habitación que no funcionaba bien y no tenía canales para el entretenimiento
