  Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

  I loved the breakfast. They had a variety of breakfast choices and the food was delicious. The location was perfect because it was close to my family, and to shopping center.

  I didn't like the fact that I had difficulty turning channels on the T.V. and my bed wasn't made up everyday and wash cloths weren't replenished in the bathroom.

  Disappointed ….. not up to Hilton standards

  Just disappointed that Hilton would allow guests to continue to reserve rooms when there are substantial issues that fall well below what I would consider Hilton’s standards. First the positive: staff was friendly and management responded after I sent my concerns to Hilton. Negatives: musty smell in room and hallway, hair(s) in the shower, only two towels, stain on couch, incorrect linen on the bed, no hairdryer, microwave was dirty, privacy curtains would not fully close…. Appears that room was not thoroughly cleaned in between guests? I fault myself for not reading more reviews before booking ….. Management noted that they are scheduled for a full renovation in December 2026. Hilton should close this location until renovation is completed …

  What a WILD time!

  -5/10 experience. Traveled as a family with one child. For reference I’ve stayed 25 nights with Hilton so far this year so I’m not just a disgruntled traveler with an unreal expectation. We moved to FOUR different rooms… Room 1 - Filthy ripped up couch (see photo) Room 2 - Bedroom carpet was flooded with a leaking AC Room 3 - Broken fridge Room 4 - no linens, pillows, and housekeeping didn’t replace towels. We had to go downstairs 4 different times to get settled in. Damien and McKayla did their very best and were very apologetic. They explained they are due for a remodel Dec 2026. In spite of the embarrassing amount of issues, the hotel made ZERO good faith effort to reimburse any points, or make up for the experience. Lastly, there are about three or so Hilton properties that share a parking lot. There are people lingering in the parking lot in the evenings, smoking marijuana, which there’s nothing wrong with, but it’s just a situational observation that needs to be considered when you’re traveling with children.

  Not the best but ok

  The people were nice

  The beds were uncomfortable. We had to wait two hours and 20 minutes to get in our room. Check-in was at three. We couldn’t check in till 5:30….We went down for breakfast that morning. The young lady stated that she was not going to make any more breakfast..we still had an hour and a half to go.
