    Very disappointing that the remodel was hidden in booking process.

    Room was clean and well equipped.

    This hotel was being remodeled/updated during my visit. This was not revealed during the booking process and was not refundable after booking when the remodel was then communicated. I would not have booked this hotel knowing it was under remodel. The whole lobby area was inaccessible except for a front desk area and the breakfast area was relocated to a small room where you had to prepare a to go meal and taken back it back to your room. Unacceptable for the price I paid to stay at this location.

    Fireplaces don't work

    We paid for a room with a fireplace, and the fireplace wasn't working. In fact, the staff said none of the fireplaces work. That is false advertising.
