The apartment is in a terrible, run-down condition and desperately needs renovation. All the furniture and items are of poor quality, dingy, greasy, and held together with duct tape. It is dirty, with dust, mold, cobwebs, and someone else's hair everywhere. The water heater turns on with a loud bang every half hour, both day and night. The bedside lamp and the light above the bathroom mirror do not work. There is an unpleasant odor in the kitchen and the toilet. The washing machine smells like mold. There is no clothes dryer. Everything feels old and worn out, and some things are even taped up with duct tape. There is a lot of unnecessary clutter: figurines, wreaths, food, old rags, etc. The towels smell like cigarette smoke. The bedroom window cannot be tilted open for ventilation; if you open it fully, it is extremely noisy from passing cars, groups of people hanging out, and slamming entrance doors, plus people frequently smoke right outside down below. The entrance hallway is creepy—a neighbor constantly wanders around the building, sometimes stands right outside your door hanging laundry, and there is an unpleasant smell, with alcoholics living on the ground floor. The impression from communicating with the landlady is a passive-aggressive style. If you plan to pay with a European card, be prepared to pay a 10 EUR transfer fee, as the landlady doesn't have a European card. The rating is clearly fake.
