    La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Sevilla, para ir andando a todos los sitios turísticos y emblemáticos. La terraza maravillosa con vistas a la catedral de Sevilla.

    Très bon emplacement mais appartement très vétuste.

    L’emplacement et la terrasse

    L’état vétuste de l’appartement : carrelage cassé en plusieurs endroits, frigo très vieux, parois de douche cassées, porte des placards qui ne ferment pas …

    A localização é ótima. O terraço.

    A casa precisa urgentemente de pequenos reparos, coisas que não precisam de grande investimento e fariam toda a diferença, mosaicos do chão soltos, uma janela que não fecha e deixa passar barulho do exterior, portas do duche soltas e que fecham mal. A casa diz que tem 2 camas, mas o sofá não é sofá cama.
