Virkelig fin lejlighed med en fantastisk beliggenhed og sød vært!
Fantastisk beliggenhed og rigtig fin lejlighed. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med og var meget venlig.
Der var en flise i gulvet der var smadret som var lidt træls at gå på. Et af køkkenskabene lugtede en lille smule gammelt. Ellers var alt godt

La estancia fue imposible de llevar a cabo debido al deplorable estado de limpieza en el que encontramos la habitación: la cama estaba sin hacer, había restos de uñas y cabello, vasos usados y una toalla sucia en el suelo. Para colmo, el responsable de la propiedad desatendió por completo la situación y el número de contacto proporcionado no se encontraba operativo. Ante esta situación, contacté con la atención al cliente de Booking (donde me atendió un agente llamado Juan). Me aseguraron que me ofrecerían una respuesta en un plazo de tres horas, pero sigo esperando una solución desde el sábado. La gestión fue nula y tuvimos que encargarnos nosotros mismos de buscar un alojamiento alternativo en Viena. Una experiencia lamentable y una total falta de profesionalidad.
