We liked the place and can recommend it. Especially the location!
The apartment is in a great location. 5 minutes to the beach, grocery store right white housing. We had an apartment on the fourth floor and the view from the balcony is magical. The owner is also very friendly. The apartment is clean, towels and bedding were provided as well. There are all the necessary things like dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. There is also air conditioning, which is a big advantage on hot days in summer or fall.
Some cosmetic repairs would be an advantage. But even so, the apartment looks good and is comfortable to live in. Since the railroad tracks are not very far away, the noise from the trains was quite loud. However, this was not a problem for our family. Having a kettle in the apartment could be an additional benefit.

Inizio con la valutazione sulla professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza della Signora Annarita che, ci ha accolto, in merito invece all'appartamento l ho trovato molto pulito e bene accessoriato, ottim8la sua posizione, molto vicino alle spiagge sia libere che gestite nelle strutture, vicinissimo al supermercato come all' isola pedonale dove gustare un buon gelato in rilassatezza.
Il parcheggio con le strisce bianche sono primula rossa quindi, faticoso trovare il parcheggio auto

Vacanza a Francavilla!!
L'accoglienza è stata ottima!! La signora è molto cordiale e disponibile!! L'appartamento è comodo e in una posizione ottimale!!!
L'unico disagio è trovare il parcheggio, ma girando un pò lo so trova!!
