    Appartamento comodo e funzionale

    Residence in ottima posizione vicina al centro ed in prima linea per l'accesso alla pineta/spiaggia. Si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito nei pressi. Il nostro balcone era ampio e all'ombra buona parte della giornata. L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare ed il kit di cortesia è un pensiero che abbiamo apprezzato. Funzionava tutto.

    La piscina come segnalato è molto molto piccola, direi quasi inutile.

    Great location and beautiful sea views ruined by poor maintenance, noise, electrical issues, and unaccommodating staff.

    Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the sea and pine forest, with very clean air. • Great location — only 150 meters in a direct line to the beach.

    • Misleading size: The advertised 50 m² includes the large balcony; the actual room space is much smaller. • Poor condition & cleanliness: Dirty curtains; ceiling plaster in the bedroom and bathroom was constantly flaking off and falling on us. • Faulty appliances: The washing machine is old, rusty, and stops working mid-cycle. • Electrical issues: Electrical panels are improperly configured. Running the air conditioner during hot weather while washing clothes trips the main circuit breaker due to overload. • Loud fire alarm: Extremely sensitive and unexpectedly triggers from simply boiling pasta, even with the exhaust hood turned on. • Soundproofing & noise: Poor noise insulation from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The air conditioner is very loud, and nearby train tracks mean every passing train is heard even with closed windows. • Unhelpful staff: Management refused our polite request for a 1-hour late check-out to avoid waiting at the station, despite our 2-week stay.
