Posizione vicina alla spiaggia, parcheggio privato, camere spaziose. Appartamento comodo e accogliente per passare una settimana tranquilla.
Consiglio di aggiungere più utensili da cucina perché erano proprio contati e aggiungere anche degli armadi nelle camere, così da poter avere più spazio per i vestiti.

The apartment is big. Location is nice and very close to the beach.
Service was pretty bad. I didn't receive instructions how to get in. I had to ask on whatsapp every single step and only after dozen of my questions they inquired if I received the instructions. Then we had a problem with the boiler and had no hot water. When I complained they said they'd send the maintenance guy. When we came home we still didn't have hot water. When I complained again they sent the maintenance guy who checked the boiler and said it needs repairs which can be done tomorrow, that is when we would check out. I've stayed in quite a few places during this trip.to Italy and this was the worst in terms of service. This is the difference between the host who is a person and in this case a company managing the place.

Great location
Excellent location for the travelers without a car. Beach with a nice boardwalk and restaurants are near by. Short walk from the train station (Scerne Di Pineto) and a small convenient grocery store. Spacious apartment. Does have a washing machine, which was not obvious from the description. Nice view from all of the 3 balconies. Comfy mattresses. Overall we had a very nice stay. Although there was a welcome kit, wish more basics were provided - like hand soap for the bathroom, maybe a little laundry detergent, etc. Could use good instructions regarding trash sorting. Coming from the US was hard to navigate the system on my own. For example the glass recycling containers are outside of the property, and you wouldn't know where to look for those. Had to rely on help from the locals. Instructions on working the water heater and shutters during the storm would be useful too
