Location is very strategic, it's near the city center, but also near the canal and Triana neighborhood. The interior has a cosy aesthetic and surprisingly spatious. The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was a nice touch which was very appreciated.
Tap water ran a bit too hot, but also low pressure, so showering was a bit challenging, but overall a minor inconvenience. Also, I would recommend they change the lighting in the living room a bit: the main lights are a bit cold, a warmer-tone light would have been more aesthetically pleasing.

Ideale accommodatie in het centrum van Sevilla
De informatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf was uitstekend. Dit geldt ook voor de afspraak m.b.t. de sleutelafgifte. Het appartement zelf was voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben. In de twee weken verblijf is er twee keer schoongemaakt en zijn de handdoeken twee keer vervangen. De ligging in de wijk El Arenal is echt ideaal: 10 minuten te voet naar het busstation aan het Plaza de Armas, 10 minuten naar de kathedraal en 10 minuten naar Triana.
Het appartement ligt op de begane grond op de hoek van 2 straten. Daardoor is het relatief gehorig, maar met oordopjes is dat goed te doen. Dit nadeel valt in het niet bij de positieve aspecten van het appartement. Andere bewoners gooiden de deuren nogal eens hard dicht, maar ik besef dat je daar als eigenaar weinig aan kunt doen.
