Vivir en el centro de Salamanca.
Todo perfecto. Limpio, ordenado, con todas las comodidades y en pleno centro.
El aparcamiento es complicado en esa zona.

We had a wonderful time here, once some initial problems were sorted. Would recommend staying here. Staff very prompt and helpful with problems. Great, comfy apartment in prime location , a few steps from the main Plaza Mayor, so you could open the balcony windows and feel part of the action while lying on the sofa! Good double glazing and the bedroom was soundproof and light proof. Dishwasher. Supermarket a few minutes away.
When we arrived there was no elevator and no wifi , both quite important features for us . We had to piggyback wifi off another apartment, which was unreliable. The building residents had stopped the elevator for repairs, so we had to carry suitcases up the steps. Toaster and shower spray were broken and some small areas had not been cleaned. Also, bedsheet was straight on top of mattress, with no washable mattress protector, which is not hygienic. However, the staff were fantastic and problems were sorted very promptly and with a smile. A wifi booster worked well. I offerred to do some cleaning myself, as most of the apartment was fine, but they sent a cleaner straight in. We were offered 2 alternative apartments. Still no lift, but we managed on the stairs.
