Maybe the worst Airbnb Ive ever witnessed, if it wasn’t late and we didn’t have our 2 year old son who needed to sleep w
Location was decent
Very dirty, rear door was unlocked, stains on furniture, half of the outlets upstairs didn’t work, duct tape used to hold toilet paper holder to wall and used to hold bed together, walls all busted up and dirty, painted over dust on baseboards, smelled. Charging $195 cleaning fee when there’s no way anyone is cleaning that house is criminal.

Not the pleasant stay I had hoped for
Location was great and convenient
How dusty and dirty the inside and outside was. At first, Caleb tried to address the issues but the cleaning person didn’t get to clean until Sunday. Our arrival was on Friday. It needed a much deeper cleaning than one person could do in a short time but thankfully the person was able to clean the major things. It was obvious that the manager was not overseeing this property to ensure upkeep on maintenance, such as, air filters, vents, light fixtures were even in decent condition. Every blind, curtain and light fixture were full of dust and cobwebs. The blinds downstairs had gross things on them. The coffee bar was ok on the top but the other shelves were full of dust. The bottom shelf had the coffee filters in it covered in dust! The kitchen was suppose to be fully shocked so you can cook. Nope, not even a single teaspoon was in the place and had one plate. There was 3 of the sectioned plates you use in schools. Yes, had some small bowls and sawyers. Cooking pots and pans very minimal. Not even one large bowl to use for mixing or serving. Had a good amount of glasses! And had 4 coffee cups. The baseboards in most of the kitchen and bathrooms were very heavily coated with dust as was All of the window sills. The washer flooded and when I called Caleb His response was “What do you want me to do?” Well sending someone to get the water up would be my first concern. He did send someone quickly to do that and had a new washer brought in the next morning. I did NOT even bother telling him how disgusting that used washer was and I had to clean it and bleach the inside before it could be used. I had asked them to move the towels to the new washer and they did. But holy cow they were all molded because that new (used) washer was not clean at all 🤦♀️ I gave up and we checked out early. I cleaned as much as I could and the person he sent did a lot but much more was needed. I won’t even address the other things… much more could be said.
