  Quiet street, shop fairly close, parking outside house, everything worked.

  Everything was fine, everything worked. TV was good once we worked out how to use it. Quiet street. Very clean.

  One family member noted no beer glasses! This 82 yr old found the very high wall of the bath to reach the shower rather daunting. Would have preferred a walk in shower. But shower was OK for younger people.

  Disappointing, looked forward to a relaxing stay in a place where the people are warm and friendly,

  Great shower, quiet area, good long washing line. That’s where the good points end. Oh sorry, Stars on the ceiling in the back bedroom is a nice touch. Parking - even a small car would struggle to get on the drive, we got a Galaxy up to the door but couldn’t get out of the car, good space on the grass verge outside the property gave off road parking. The property has great potential, it’s just a shame no obvious effort has been made.

  The whole place could have been cleaned, the grass could have been cut (6” long makes it difficult to pick up dog poo - after being cut by our request 2.5”+ wasn’t much better). A cleaner was also sent who did some of the list, the owner asked for photos but we don’t know what he did with them. Decor is subjective, but paint rubbed off walls, dado missing, white substance falling from ceiling during the week, table covering well past its sell by, as was the rug in the lounge. Our home isn’t spotless but it is our mess. You don’t rent a property to be subjected to other peoples dirt. The kitchen cupboards smelt strongly of damp, this also came from the wall cupboard, one of which shifted when we took a plate out - we never touched that cupboard again. The washing machine had mould on the rubber. Outside the front the drain smelt. The property has great potential! In a sentence - disappointing, looked forward to a relaxing stay in a place where the people are warm and friendly, just a shame to have to come back to digs that feel unclean, and damp with mould.

  The house and location were great, really good value for money. Would definitely stay again and with some minor improvements would return regularly

  The garden was a mess , did get done on our last day. The windows both inside and out could really have done with been cleaned. The decor in places was a little bit tired, a lack of paint would not have done any harm. Skirting boards needed cleaning. These are all issues that could be rectified really quickly

  Location was good. Two minor issues both promptly resolved by our host. A nice quiet place with a decent sized garden for the dogs.

  Car parking not possible at the property itself but plenty of on road parking.
