Amabilité de la dame en charge de l'appartement et sa gentillesse, la vue sur le balcon surtout le soir
Le prix élevé par raapport à la concurrence on a trouvé moins cher sur place meme en Aout mais le vrai calvère c'est le parking surtout le soir : presque introuvable (En Aout), obligé parfois a parquer à 700m voir plus d'un kilometre si tu trouve

Wonderful studio apt. In a great location.
The studio had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The bed was huge and very comfy. The owners met us personally and had left us water and some food for when we arrived. They also gave us a list of places to visit, restaurants etc which was really helpful. They were on hand via WhatsApp with any questions we had. They were so lovely and we felt very looked after. The area is near bonanza square, paloma park and not too far from the beach. It’s a 10-15 min walk to arroyo miel station and shops. The complex and studio was very quiet at night which was great.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The pool is in the apartment block next door but once we had registered it was no trouble and was right next door with a lovely little pool bar and lots of grass areas.

Small but great apartment with everything you need. The hosts are super helpful and nice people
It’s clean and modern + I had super nice hosts that were always available (in English and Spanish). Nice decorations and everything you need. Small supermarkets around and a great park + beach in walking distance. Comfortable bed as well. 500+ Mbit/s internet speed :) It was pretty quiet up here too (10th floor).
