    It was peaceful and really handy to have the washer dryer. The beds were very comfortable.

    Some of the finishing touches looked tired. There is a chip on the bathroom sink woodwork. The furniture in the garden was a little basic and was not comfortable enough to have a meal outside. The remote control is very hard to use, you have to press the buttons very hard and the jump, this was very frustrating.

    Lovely cottage, comfortable living area, easy to have pets with us. Good location for us.

    Beds felt in need of upgrade - a bit lumpy and sagging in places.

    very nice

    the location was fine .very quiet and all that we needed

    there is no privacy because the front doo and side panels are all glass it just needs a bit of screening so as to make it more private .. the remote for the television hardly works for NETFIX OR PRIME it seems to take forever to get it to select a programe or search programs

    Modern, clean, warm, uncluttered with secure rear courtyard, but poor beds.

    Clean, warm, modern, uncluttered, with a very well equipped kitchen with lots of space to store food. Constant hot water, dishwasher and washer/drier. Two large bedrooms with lots of storage. The securely enclosed rear courtyard is ideal if you have a dog. The location is great for a winter break as there is quick access to major roads to explore in all directions plus bus or train to St Ives (not that parking was an issue in November).

    The beds were really poor and upset my back. The shower flow was weak and it had an awkward stiff pipe. The bathroom is incredibly compact, which would make bathing young children tricky. There is no live TV and the only catch-up channel that was working was iplayer (we didn't try Netflix). The front door opens straight on to the cul-de-sac and has full-length clear glass, so people can see right through the house. We bought some wrapping paper and sellotape to give us some privacy (would be less of an issue in summer when no lights are on).
