Overnight stay in delightful cottage with a lovely hot tub

A lovely, clean cottage but a few small items of maintenance have been neglected.
Location was perfect for our short stay and the bed was very comfortable.
The property needed a bit of maintenance, i.e. not just cleaning. There was some mould on the bathroom ceiling, the drawer unit in the main bedroom was almost failing apart and the garden needed a bit of tidying up.

The house was lovely, comfortable, clean, well furnished and well equipped. Nice to have streaming and YouTube too. The hot tub was brilliant and didn't disappoint! Good to have parking too. Pub on the canal in walking distance. We would like to come back - close to the National Space Centre for a repeat visit.
The booking.com app hadn't updated the check in details so we had to ring the owner, but luckily they answered straight away! The towels for the hot tub weren't provided but we had our own. I would suggest ear plugs if you want a ly in as there is a nursery opposite which is busy with cars doors slamming on a weekday morning!
