    Gravi problemi di sicurezza nell'accesso scale accesso estremamente ripide

    L'accesso all'alloggio presenta problemi strutturali di sicurezza che non erano indicati o visibili nelle foto dell'annuncio. Per raggiungere l'appartamento è necessario salire una rampa di scale estremamente ripida (pendenza di circa 70°) con gradini stretti e completamente priva di corrimano o ringhiera di protezione su entrambi i lati. La presenza di un solo adesivo d'avviso sulla porta ("Watch your step") non risolve il pericolo reale della struttura. L'alloggio risulta del tutto inadatto e pericoloso per chi viaggia con bagagli al seguito, per famiglie o per persone con normale mobilità.

    Super emplacement

    Superbe emplacement en plein centre du quartier Hongdae à 5 minutes de la ligne de métro 2 qui permet de rejoindre tous les points d'intérêts de Séoul. Quartier très vivant. On s'est senti en sécurité. La situation de l'appartement est le vrai plus. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Les lits sont de bonne qualité et est grand.

    L'odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain mais rien de dramatique
