  房東非常用心設計房子，有非常大的公共空間，我們9個人入住非常寬敞。房東聯絡非常即時，也給予很多體貼叮嚀。下次人多的旅程

  4個房間的規劃很難得

  沒有垃圾桶比較不習慣（包括廁所也沒有，廁所的小垃圾袋我們用商店購物的袋子，因為住宿只有大垃圾袋）

  Comfortable, friendly, would reccomend!

  This place was so wonderful and convenient location! We loved the decor and there was plenty of beds and spaciousness. There was plenty of bathrooms. Our host was super quick to respond to. We will definitely be back here if staying in Hongdae!

  There was some construction happening on the top floor. But our host was super apologetic and communicated all issues beforehand- and we were thankful for the prompt communication to keep us updated.

  Such a great experience in a cozy house

  This was such a beautiful apartment, it’s really cozy, neat and it was homely… There were 3 bathrooms for us.. which we really good for our party of 5. He is also such an attentive homeowner, when we asked for iron, he bought it asap.

  Could improve on one of the bathroom doors.. Asides that.. no other issue

  DO NOT STAY HERE – Absolute Health Hazard (0/5 Stars)

  We were a party of 8 (including two children and an infant) who booked this property specifically for the advertised 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. What we actually found was a disgusting, deceptive, and unsafe environment. Our family, including my infant became sick during our stay due to the conditions. ​The "3 Showers" Deception: ​Shower 1: Located next to the kitchen, this felt like a poorly renovated laundry room. It has zero ventilation, layers of grime behind the door, and walls that looked bleached or repainted to hastily hide severe mold. ​2nd Bathroom: A tiny, makeshift 0.5m x 1m space that felt like a prison cell. The walls and ceiling don't even connect, and the window tiles are held together with white tape. There was black mold on the ceiling and grime everywhere. The attached toilets smelled strongly of sewage, and the sink was a tiny, toy-sized basin with no hot water, positioned so low you have to bend to your ankles to use it. ​3rd "Shower": This was just a toilet and a sink with a hose attached to a tap. Calling this a functional shower is an outright lie. ​The Bedrooms & Amenities: ​Master Bedroom: Massively oversized with 3 queen beds. When attempting to open the window, we found a pile of what looked like human facial hair or rat fur. ​Other Bedrooms: Incredibly stuffy and dusty. Shockingly, one of the bedrooms contained a clothes dryer, which blows hot air and lint directly into the sleeping space. ​The AC & Mold Issue: The AC in one room would shut off after a minute. When we checked the filters to see why, they were completely caked in mold. This is what made our family sick. The host claimed he couldn't get a technician until after we checked out. A blatant lie in South Korea, where same-day appliance services are readily available. ​Host Behavior: I paid extra for an additional night on arrival (host was waiting inside the accomodation) because we had a late flight.
