    整體空間蠻寬敞，房間舒適乾淨，床很大很舒服👍🏻 地理位置不錯，離地鐵站和弘大商圈很近。

    因為房子老舊，導致廁所沼氣味濃厚，如果可以改善一下會更好。（建議水耕植物可以不用放，看起來沒有比較漂亮） 另外客廳沙發如果不想更換新的，建議可以套沙發布套… 還有房間冷氣也可以修理一下，聲音太大了。 很樂意幫忙把垃圾拿去一樓丟，但是要自己購買垃圾袋確實讓人匪夷所思。

    平價，但也不用太過期待的住宿

    3樓房間。 寢具都不錯。餐具很多。離地鐵也不算遠。房東回應算快。整體住宿評價尚可。至少便宜。

    3樓房間。 廁所有點老舊。垃圾要自己買專用垃圾袋處理很麻煩(買完後發現廚櫃抽屜有前人好心留的)。毛巾三人住五天提供六條。蚊子有點多，我被叮三大包。地暖跟熱水開關同一個(入口牆上)，千萬不要關。 設備上列有洗衣機，但實際沒有(只有陽台有脫水機)。

    廁所管線較老舊，可能造成管線反味浴室有點味道
