The style of the property was absolutely beautiful, especially our rooms with their own little private garden. The traditional Chinese design created such a warm, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere. It truly added something special to our stay. Breakfast was delivered from McDonald’s, which I personally didn’t mind, although I can imagine that some guests might prefer a more traditional hotel breakfast.
Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that we found disappointing. The property had cats that were kept in cages and, as we understood, were only allowed to roam freely for about an hour a day. As animal lovers, we found this completely unacceptable. There was also a strong smell of cat urine when entering the reception area, which made for an unpleasant first impression. The property is located in a lively bar district, with parties and noise every night, making it less peaceful than we had hoped. Additionally, the reception staff spoke virtually no English. While we certainly don't expect everyone in China to speak English, I believe that basic English communication skills should be expected in the international hospitality industry, particularly at a hotel welcoming foreign guests.

Hotel con atrio bellissimo e pieno di tradizione. Le camere belle con bagno molto grande. Posizione ottima di fianco alla muraglia di Xi'An e, alla sera, a pochi passi dall'hotel c'è una strada che si riempie di street food incredibile .
Camera un po' umida.
