    A lovely comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    Location was great as it was in quiet location which we needed but easy to access beaches, local villages, shop. Such a lovely clean and large property with a perfect secure garden for the children and dog to play safely. Lots of great facilities and more than you would want/think.

    All was great and as expected. Parking was obviously tight but we were already informed of this an expecting this so it wasn't a shock.

    Lovely property, great location. Comfortable beds. Doggie friendly.

    Great quiet location. With 3 couples staying it was good to have our own bathrooms. Kitchen very spacious with plently of plates, cutlery, pots & pans etc. Beds were very comfortable & all rooms a good size. We had 2 dogs with us & it was nice for them to have their own quiet space in 'the snug'. Easy walk into Hartland village to pub, shop & cafe. Great walks around the lanes & paths.

    Access & parking was a bit tricky, but once we had done it a few times it was OK.
