Location, room fitted 4 people. Good breakfast. Great view!

First room we were given had a very strong cigarette smell. Quite complex way in and out of hotel and at busy time can wait a while for the elevator...

    Spacious rooms & good price/quality

    Good location, spacious rooms.

Internet is slow. Not good if you want to get any work done.

    Hopewell Hotel Deluxe Family suite

Deluxe family suite was two spacious adjoining rooms with a king room and a twin (plus a sofa bed if required). In total two bathrooms with a separate toilet, lounge room and kitchenette. Central location at the top of a shopping mall, very well maintained and clean, professional staff, very quiet. Our flight was delayed 24hrs and the hotel was very responsive to changes when contacted via WhatsApp. Also a nice touch that the children received a gift pack on arrival.

Only minor challenge is direct vehicle access via 17/18th floor can be difficult to describe to a driver for pickup/ drop off, but not hard to access through mall if need be. Hotel does send you detailed access information before arrival.
