  I was disappointed with the cleaniness of the property, I would change your cleaners.

  Hopwoods Stable is a beautiful old building and could be amazing, with a descent spring clean and a good handy man to address some of the structural defects and cosmetic issues ( floor boards, plaster and add some skirting boards). Good location for food and coffee.

  Hopwoods Stable was hard to find, an easier way to find the property would be to mention it is above the Augustus Gelatery. Surrounding Shop workers Park in the dedicated permit parking areas for the property. The place is dirty, needs a very good spring clean, including the small front courtyard, which had rotting wet tree leaves which I had to clean to stop us walking dirt into the property. Take some great earplugs or else you will never sleep. Lucky I took some with me. No Tea, Coffee or Milk, there was sugar. Spider Webs everywhere, I thought I was going to wake up with a spider walking across my head.

  The location was great
