  Reservation was cancelled by the property after check-in time. No assistance, no actions!

  Nothing. At present, based on my complaints, an investigation is being conducted by the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection regarding the accommodation property, as well as by the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria regarding Booking.com.

  I booked an apartment for my elderly parents (67 years old) for 4 weeks. The reservation was made in May 2026. Before arrival, I repeatedly contacted the property to confirm the apartment, elevator, kitchen and check-in arrangements. I specifically explained that the guests were elderly people travelling from abroad. On 8 August, after waiting for the promised early check-in, we arrived at the property. The gates were closed and nobody was there to meet us. At around 15:00, the property representative told us that there had allegedly been a pipe accident and that our confirmed reservation was cancelled. At 15:22 I received a Booking.com email confirming the cancellation, although I had never requested it. No evidence of the alleged accident was shown to us! The property employee simply left my elderly parents on the street. He made absolutely no effort to help us find alternative accommodation and instead pushed the entire problem onto Booking.com. I had to spend around 30 minutes speaking to a Booking operator from Amsterdam and explaining the geography of Bulgaria to him, because the alternatives offered included places such as Pamporovo, 400 km from Sveti Vlas. Instead of helping his guests, the property employee simply told us to deal with Booking ourselves. He then reprimanded me and effectively sent me and my elderly parents out of the property with nowhere to stay. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests, especially elderly people who have travelled from abroad and had a confirmed four-week reservation. In my personal opinion, there was no pipe accident at all, let alone an accident affecting an entire floor. I believe that the property manager simply re-rented the same apartment to other guests in advance at a more profitable price, which in August was, of course, higher than the price at which I made my reservation in May. Based on my complaints, an investigation is being conducted by the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.

  Страхотен!

  Супер престой за два дни! Точно до плажа! Добра комуникация с момчето, което отговаряше за настаняването! Осигурен(платен) паркинг. Просторен апартамент. Лесни инструкции за влизане в комплекса, има асансьор, добре поддържани общи части и градина! Препоръчвам!

  Лекичката- рускиня или украинка , която отговаряше за другия корпус(сграда) се правеше на интересна, че не ме разбира, след като поискахме съдействие за намиране на собственика на една кола на паркинга, която ни беше запушила!
