The broken curtain rail in bedroom 2; the nonfunctional lights in bedroom 1 and the dirty shower baskets and drain in bedroom 1.

Disappointing unit in excellent location.
Check in went well after locating the entrance door on the East side of the building. No signs on the building to direct you - I found it by wandering around. The unit is spacious - 2 bedrooms. Nice view from the balcony over the canal towards Jubilee square. Very central location - within easy reach of Jubilee and Elizabeth lines including DRL. A lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.
The unit needs serious maintanence.Only 2 downlights in the kitchen worked. Ice in the fridge.The freezer is iced over - cant open any of the drawers. Dishwasher is rusted and some plate holders have broken off. No instructions for the dishwasher or washer/dryer. No drain plugs for basin in kitchen. Some of the washer pods have perished and leaked - so were stuck together when trying to use it. The crockery was a mix of different colors and types - like it was someones left over items. The curtain railing in the lounge is bent-looks like the curtains are too heavy. Leaking shower door with advanced water damage to the wall and loose skirting. Ceiling light in shower falling out. Tacky/broken water temperature faucet in bath. Broken front door lock.Electronic lock worked fine. Loose and broken floor fitting. Very old and tacky cupboard in 2nd bedroom to hang clothes. No adequate drawers for clothing. No mirror in main bedroom. No mirror remotely near a power outlet for the hair dryer. Broken reading lamp in main bedroom. VERY noisy DRL running from 6am to 12 at night - every 5-10 mins. All the doors are spring loaded so it closes all the time.We had to use various different methods to keep it open. Very small 2nd bedroom - more a study than a bedroom. Various scuffs and dents on the walls The whole unit is sorely in need of a paint job. A handyman was sent out to fix the lamp(couldn`t fix it - promised to come back but didn`t),the shower door(couldn`t) and loose hanging light in shower(couldn`t). Very soft matress - me and my wifes` backs packed up after a few days. All in all a VERY disappointing unit located in a stunning area. Dont book nr.67 until all is fixed!
