    Good

Property keys on arrival was missing. There was no keys in the locker. We arrived around 10pm after event to check in. We tried to call the owner but couldn't reach her. At last we had to seek help from the guard who was not willing to scan the gate for us at first. The password for the electronic door of the property was provided by the owner. Finally the guard helped to scan the lift door after we showed him the number of calls to the owner. After check into the property, the owner called me back and she was also clueless about how is the keys gone missing. Afterall, the property is very clean and comfortable to stay.
