Great during nice weather. Bad during rain.
One night the hotel hosted a "silent disco" night, which was fun! The rooms were comfortable enough. The view of the "horseshoe bay" is good starting at floor 5.
Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating during our stay - The problem is that there is really not much to do during your stay if the weather is bad. One night the hotel hosted a "silent disco" night, which was fun! The bartenders all around need some lessons in hospitality - the rest of the hotel staff were nice and polite. Bottom line: If the weather is bad, pick somewhere else to go.

Disappointed to say the least.
The staff was great and very friendly.
I had made reservations for a day cruise and jet ski rentals, and when I asked if due to the weather I would still be able to enjoy these things, I was told yes, then when I get here, everything is closed and canceled. These water activities were the reason for my trip here. This was all a waste because there was nothing else to do here.

En general, todo me gusto mucho. Camas muy comodas, albercas y jaccuzi limpios y buena temperatura, comida a precios razonables.
El Check-in no estuvo listo a tiempo, se demoraron una hora mas en darme mi habitacion. Faltaron toallas limpias en baño de habitacion.

Not value for money and extremely disappointed. Too hyped very less activities for the kids.
Only the Aqua splash waster sport
The Pool water by the main building is very dirty. My girls got rashes like skin allergy the following day. And we found a lot of bugs inside the room I attached pictures.
