    Sehr hilfsbereit und schnell+unkompliziert bei Lösung von Problemen (mein Zimmer wurde von anderen Gästen eigenwillig besetzt und ich konnte kurzerhand ein anderes Zimmer beziehen). Auch als Einzelgast bekommt man ein Mehrbettzimmer in dem alle Matratzen ein Laken haben und man somit ggf. auf eine weichere oder härtere Matratze ausweichen könnte. Wenn man möchte, kann man ein vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet gegen einen sehr angemessenen Preis nutzen. Außerdem gibt es Snacks und gekühlte Getränke gegen einen angemessenen Preis. Kontakt spricht deutsch und Personal ist sehr freundlich.

    Velmi dobrá horská chata s podkrovním pokojem vhodným pro hobity.

    Z pohledu své generace X jsem ocenil, že jde o klasický typ horské chaty jak si je pamatuju z přelomu tisíciletí. Lokalita výborná, poměr cena/výkon dle mého velmi dobrý. Potěšila nás možnost sauny. Zkusili jsme i polopenzi (večere a snídaně), kde pro mě bylo zážitkem si večer samoobslužně čepovat pivo.

    Větší pokoj č.7 úplně nahoře v pokroví (s asi 5 lůžky) byl fajn, ale koupelna je kvůli zkosené střeše=stěně vhodná tak pro osoby s výškou max 160-170 cm. Rezervace sauny přes telefon byla zmatečná - ale naštěstí to dopadlo dobře.
