    Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung

    Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als in echt, da ist man dann erst mal enttäuscht. Der Kühlschrank musste zuerst gereinigt werden, insgesamt etwas oberflächlich sauber.

    Wir haben in Perach eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

    Schöne Lage, Oberwirt (sehr zu empfehlen) ganz in der Nähe, ebenso der Peracher Badesee und der Innradweg. Selbstversorgung ist gut möglich, drei Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz.

    Eine zweite Toilette wäre gut.

    Irgendwie nur halbfertig

    Die Küche und zwei der Schlafzimmer waren renoviert und durchaus in einem guten Zustand. Das Wohnzimmer und das dritte Schlafzimmer waren durch die dunkle Täfelung und die bunte Tapete hinter dem Fernseher sehr düster aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Die Ausstattung war gut, es fehlte an nichts.

    Es geht gar nicht, dass die Treppe zur Wohnung kein Treppengelände hat, als älterer Mensch mit Gepäck ist das inakzeptabel. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden, da reicht ein bisschen PVC in Fliesenoptik und ein paar neue Fliesen hinterm Klo nicht aus. Rauchmelder ohne Batterien, die auf der Garderobe liegen sind auch nicht zielführend! Die Raucherecke auf dem Balkon, ist echt nicht schön, übervoller Aschenbecher und alte Getränkedosen sind....
