    Charming place but conditional

    Beautiful location. View is amazing. Big apartment for 4 people (2 couples though or family with kids). Very quiet. Need a car to move around.

    If you planning to stay at the end September/beginning October be prepared for a cool stay. No heating (despite there is AC, the heating option is disabled). Also duvet been available, no bedding to put over it so a little unpleasant option. And this is the reason for lower score. Also water under the shower gets pleasant after about 2 min, but no hot option. Cool room and average warmth shower after travelling on motorbike wasn't my preferred option.

    One of a kind property with great access to Bellagio!

    The property was unique, fit our group of 4 with 4 large bags and 4 small bags quite comfortably. Our host was quick to respond, gave us local suggestions for food, drink, and beaches. Lezzeno is easily accessible, drove to Bellagio as well. We rented a car, public parking just down the road. Road is very narrow coming from Milan FYI. Would recommend!

    It took a long time for the water to warm up for the shower.

    I 100% recommend it - would love to come again

    It's a very cool and well-designed place with a perfect balcony and a great view. It's easy to reach and a very good Spot to swim.

    It is a thrilling ride to reach the location.
