The house is located in an amazing place, it's not far from a village but at the same time it's surrounded by nature and there's no light pollution, so it's perfect for star gazing. Also, the house is well equipped, we had everything we needed. There are a lot of hiking trails nearby and wonderful poços with refreshing clear water from the river where you can swim. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy nature!
We really wanted to use BBQ facilities but it's not permitted in the summer because of the forest fires alert. We totally get it and had a great time anyway, but just bear it in mind if grilling is your top priority. Also, we were a little bit surprised to have no doors in the bathrooms, so the bathroom is kind of connected to the bedroom. There is a separate bathroom in the house which can be used in case you are shy 😁
