    Memorable and excellent stay! One of our best.

    We stayed in this resort for one night, and the entire experience was so memorable and unforgettable. The resort is located exclusively uphill, overlooking gorgeous rice terrace and beautiful mountains. Once you arrived at the hotel and guest room, you'll notice everything is so well thought of and nicely designed. It gives you the calm and tranquil atmosphere. Every corner is visually pleasing. Our room was overlooking the beautiful rice terrace. It was spacious and immaculately clean. Super comfortable bed, pillows and duvets. One of the best sleeping experience we've ever had. Service staff was great, polite and very attentive. F&B was simply excellent. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and they were sumptuous and delicious. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Utilise the hotel car pick up service from the train station 2. Experience the in-house Onsen 3. Take part in all of their in-house activities, including the sunrise exercise. It's really fun! Overall, it was a stay to remember. It was also an excellent introduction to Hoshino Resorts. We are off to explore other Hoshino properties in the world!

    界由布院的整體員工人數嚴重不足，需要服務的時候要等待很久，能以英文跟旅客溝通的大概只有一到兩人。 餐飲品質也很普通，家中一位14歲的成員晚餐被指定只能吃兒童餐，份量非常不足。香檳沒有冰過，服務的時候也未放在冰桶中。早餐不管是日式還是西式，份量都非常少，也缺乏變化。 休憩室中的飲料只有茶跟咖啡和水，也沒有提供任何點心。 唯一的優點就是山景優美，梯田風光很棒。但是旅館本身各方面的服務品質都有待加強。

    Lovely resort with nice landscaping. Room with private onsen was well furnished. Dinner and breakfast was included in price.
