The value of the place is not bad. You have to give up some commodities for it though.
I liked the location because it was in the heart of many local establishments. Everything is in walking distance. The room has really strong AC.
The water did not work effectively. The water would run out and we would have to wait a couple of minutes for it to turn back on. This was annoying because if you were showering and had soap in your eyes... you would have to wait.

Logement lamentable pour le prix…
La Clim dans la chambre
La literie est dure comme de la pierre. Il n’y a pas d’isolation donc la chaleur dans l’appartement est insoutenable. Il n’y a pas d’isolation de la discothèque et littéralement dans la maison. Il y a eu un souci d’eau, obligé de se laver avec une bassine, avec une douche catastrophique. Obligé de s’asseoir sur les toilettes à 90°, car trop proche du mur. Il a plu pendant notre séjour, l’eau est rentrée dans le logement. On a aussi trouvé un cafard dans le salon …
