Overall good - but very expensive and some facilities not matching the premium price.
Location, beautiful room and reception area. Friendly check in staff.
For the price we paid the bathroom had a very small bath. Expected a larger area here. The pool area was very disappointing. Not even heated.

Great location, nice hotel
The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Alicante, with everything close by. The breakfast was good; for a 5-star hotel, one might expect a wider selection at the buffet, though you can also order specific items. Overall, however, I was very happy with the breakfast.
The room was anything but quiet. There was a lot of noise from the street, and sounds from the hallway were clearly audible. Then, one evening, it rained very heavily; water came up through the shower drain, and the smell was unbearable.

Perfect spot just off the esplanade and a 10 minute walk to the beach…
Super-modern. Clean. Great rooms. Rooftop bar and pool excellent and gym facilities really good. Staff exceptional.

Fantastic mid week break - stylish hotel, great service.
Located right in the old town, just 5-10 mins walk to all the key sights. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious and stylish room. Exceptionally clean.
We loved that they left us sweet treats the first evening we arrived. We hoped they'd repeat the same every night but they did not. But the turn down service was excellent otherwise with toiletries and towels being replaced as needed.
