    No lock on the toilet.

    It was a chance to meet up with family and we all had a great time.

    An excellent location, close to Pannett park with easy access to Whitby town centre. A lovely house with excellent private parking for two cars is which is directly opposite, we had three vehicles and the third found a space in the road behind. The nearby, fairly busy road didn't affect the peace of the house which was quiet and restful. The kitchen is well equipped and the two shower rooms are up to date and well kept.

    Cleanliness is a problem in places. Carpets are stained and so are cushions on the beds. The sofa and cushions need a good clean as do the walls in high traffic areas. We stayed in September immediately after the end of the school holidays and dogs are also welcome which may have caused some of the wear and tear.

    Lovely cottage in a great location, just let down by the lack of proper cleaning

    Really great location and bonus with parking for two cars. Loved that there was outdoor space to enjoy

    The property needed a proper clean, it smelt really foisty and I’ve never seen somewhere with so many cobwebs before, the kitchen lights were horrific the amount of cobwebs that were there, it looked like they hadn’t been done in 5+ yrs. The carpets and sofas could do with a professional clean, they were also really dirty and stained
