    *Location was perfect *Size of rooms *Beds were comfortable,

    *Parking * Middle bathroom basin a little too small * No Electric in kitchen sockets for 24hrs no access to microwave,kettle,extractor fan or any other sockets * Downstairs maserating toilet was broken and wasn't able to be fixed so we wasn't able to use that and as a group of older people it became an issue with climbing the stairs * Top floor room hot tap wasn't working and needed to be fixed * Radiator in top floor twin bedroom had been turned completely off plumber had to turn it on with pliers * Kitchen utensils were dirty, *Used teabags were left in teapot which was in the cupboard supposedly clean * Only seven sets of knives and forks were available and there was 8 people * Cobwebs found in the bedrooms on second floor *Oven floor was disgustingly dirty Had to clean before we could use it * Front room fire grate when guard was moved was filthy with dust looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months *TV screen dirty *Cleanliness overall was average, floor especially

    Great place to stay for a few days

    Nice house close to the centre of Whitby. Rooms were big with the sitting room easily accommodating the six of us

    We had a brilliant time! It was the perfect set up for 2 families and loved being so close to the town as everything was

    Brilliant location and plenty of space for us all. The rooms worked perfectly for 2 couples and 4 kids.

    Parking was difficult due to the regatta but we found a space and didn’t need to use the car!
