    The location was brilliant right in the centre so easy to get everything, place was immaculate and the communication before arrival was great

    It needs new mattresses, the double and the 2 singles were very soft and could feel the springs in them

    The apartment was in a great location. Perfect to nip down to the singing kettle cafe for the best breakfast in Whitby. It has everything we needed for our short stay

    The stairs up to the apartment and were narrow and steep. As I walk with a walking stick I did manage but the emulsion coming off the main staircase wall onto your clothes was not good

    Great location, good basics in place and good communication from team with access details.

    Not as clean as you’d like for a holiday property.
